Tell me what stopped working

No deck, no pitch. You describe what is happening, I tell you what I think is actually wrong. If someone else is a better fit, I will say so and give you their name.

What do you want help with? Optional

Nothing here is required by law, but without a name, an email and a message I cannot reply. I use what you send only to answer you. Cloudflare stores it and Make.com delivers it to me. The controller is Etgar Shpivak, and you can see, correct or delete it any time. The privacy notice has the contact address and the rest.

What happens next

  1. It comes to me, nobody else.
  2. I reply by email, usually the same day.
  3. If it fits, we talk. A proposal comes only if you ask for one.
His weekly sessions are the most productive hour of my week. Direct, focused, and always resulting in a prioritized roadmap we can execute immediately.

Before you write

How does working with Etgar Shpivak start?

It starts with a conversation about what is actually happening in the business. Etgar Shpivak comes to it having read what is public about the company, and he says what he thinks rather than what is comfortable. There is no proposal at the end unless you ask for one. If he is not the right person for the problem, he says so and names someone who is.

What stage of company does he work with?

Seed and Series A. Before seed there is usually not enough happening for the work to pay for itself, and after Series A most companies need a full-time marketing leader rather than an advisor.

Which industries does he work in?

Fintech, insurtech, B2B SaaS, AI and eCommerce. Almost always companies selling into global markets, mainly the United States and Europe, from a team based somewhere else.

Does he work with the founder or with the marketing team?

With the founder, directly. Where a marketing team exists he works with it, but the conversation that matters is the one with the person who owns the number.
